If you've been in your home for a while, chances are you've had a quiet moment where you wondered — what comes next? Maybe the house feels bigger than it used to. Maybe there's a repair you keep putting off. Maybe you've thought about downsizing, relocating, or helping an aging parent through a move, but didn't know where to begin.

That's exactly who we're here for.

At the Eloise Middleton Real Estate Group, we bring over 25 years of combined real estate expertise to help our clients navigate one of the most important journeys of their lives – buying, selling or investing in real estate.

Our 2026 Goal: Helping Families with Major Life Changes

This year, our team has set an ambitious goal to help 40 families or individuals move forward with their real estate goals — one family at a time. Not just transactions, but real transitions.

We help people solve the problem of getting unstuck and moving forward — whether it's aging parents, an inherited home, or a busy professional who simply doesn't have the time to prepare a property for sale. We have the bandwidth, the resources, and the team to get the job done, so you can move on to the next chapter.

Takeaway: The big picture is The Bay Area is not a one-size fits all market right now. Each county is moving at its own pace, but overall, we’re seeing steady demand, some solid pricing and opportunities on both sides of the transaction. If you’re thinking about making a move – whether it’s downsizing, relocating, or investing – this is still aa good time to start the conversation.

Healthy Living Corner

Chapter 6 of Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity was very interesting to me. Peter Attia argues that the abundance of cheap, processed food around us isn't just making us gain weight — it's quietly breaking our metabolism in ways most of us don't even notice. The concept of insulin resistance was a real eye-opener; it's essentially when your body stops properly managing energy, and Attia connects it to nearly every major chronic disease we fear as we age. His point wasn't to demonize any one food, but to make you aware of what chronic overeating does beneath the surface. I have been watching what I eat for almost two years, mainly because I don't want to continue taking blood pressure medication, and I certainly don't want to increase the medication. So I will continue to watch what I eat and exercise by walking.
