Can you manage a sale if I’ve already moved out of state?
Yes, we regularly manage sales for clients who’ve relocated ahead of the closing.
Do you have connections for movers, storage, or other logistics?
We can point you toward trusted local resources — let us know what you need during your consultation.

Eloise Middleton
Eloise is the tenth of fourteen children and was raised in North Carolina. Over 30 plus years ago, while on vacation, she fell in love with the Bay Area and decided to stay. She has been a REALTOR since 2004, and a REALTIST since 2010. She spent the prior years at American President Lines in marketing and sales. It only seemed a natural progression to move into real estate with her background in sales, marketing and her passion for helping others. As a REALTOR/REALTIST, Eloise enjoys serving her community, she is dedicated to serving her family, friends and clients as well as the opportunity to work with her husband, Dennis, who is a CPA who has worked in the Oakland/ Montclair area for the past 25 years. She has many local resources and service providers to share and welcomes the opportunity to serve you and your family, too. She specializes in residential single family and residential income properties including Luxury Homes, Probate/Trusts, First-time Home Buyers, and Investors.
Ryan Porter
Ryan Porter is the third of five children raised in Oakland, California. He entered the real estate profession after completing a successful career of both front line, and project managerial roles in the transportation industry. He combines his knowledge of managing large projects with an intense passion to help people achieve their goals. Real estate has been the perfect convergence of his extensive skill set and his need to help people. His local knowledge of the bay area accompanied with the need to help improve his community have laid the groundwork for helping his family, friends, and clients with all of their real estate needs. Ryan is extremely proud to be a part of the ERG team.
A graduate of University of California at Davis with a degree in Political Science, Ryan went on to manage several city transportation sites, specializing in transporting the elderly and disabled which helped to maintain their independence. He also worked as a flight attendant for southwest taking care of the needs of thousands of passengers with a servants heart. This background has provided Ryan with a specific skillset in successfully identifying the needs of his clients and aggressively addressing them.
