Reflecting on Gratitude
The month of November often reminds us to slow down and focus on gratitude. Personally, I believe every day is a day of thanksgiving. No matter what's going on in your world, we always can be thankful for having a reasonable portion of health and strength.
There are many days in November that are celebrated, but the main two holidays we celebrate are Veterans Day, and Thanksgiving. I give a shout out for all who have served this country, and I pray for those who are serving right now. I'm still reading the book Outlive: The Science & Art of Longevity by Peter Attia, MD with Bill Gifford. If you're interested in longevity, it's a good book to ready. Since I'm not in the medical field, I had to look up quite a few words! The bottom line is to continue to eat real food, and eat less (except for Thanksgiving Day of course).
