I'm still reading the book Outlive: The Science & Art of Longevity by Peter Attia, MD with Bill Gifford. If you're interested in longevity, it's a good book to ready. Since I'm not in the medical field, I had to look up quite a few words! The bottom line is to continue to eat real food, and eat less (except for Thanksgiving Day of course).
