✨ Takeaway: The Oakland market remains strong this fall, with consistent overbidding and solid buyer demand—especially in Montclair and Rockridge. While inventory has grown slightly, motivated buyers continue to compete for well-priced homes, and sellers who price strategically are seeing great results.
