Background

Eloise Middleton is the tenth of fourteen children and was raised in North Carolina. Over 35 years ago, while on vacation, she fell in love with the Bay Area and decided to move. Eloise has been a REALTOR® since 2004, and a REALTIST since 2010. She spent the prior years at American President Lines in marketing and sales. It only seemed a natural progression to move into real estate with her background in sales, marketing and her passion for helping others. As a REALTOR/REALTIST, Eloise enjoys serving her community, and is dedicated to serving family, friends and clients as well as the opportunity to work with her husband, Dennis, a CPA who has worked in the Oakland/Montclair area for the past 40 years. Eloise has many local resources, including attorneys throughout the Bay Area, and service providers to share with her clients. She enjoys being a resource to all of her clients and their families. She specializes in residential single family and residential income properties, including Luxury Homes, Probate/Trusts, First-time Home Buyers, and Investors.

Community & Professional Involvement

Eloise is a member of The Women's Council of The National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB) and the local chapter which is Associated Real Property Brokers, Inc. (ARPB). She served as the President of the local Women's Council Board of ARPB from 2018-2019, helping to increase home ownership. Eloise is a Founding member of a local networking group entitled Visions of Exchange (VOE), under the umbrella of Business Networking International (BNI). Eloise is a member of Gamma Phi Delta Inc., chapter Gamma Chi Sorority, where she serves as the President. They help young people thrive through awarding scholarships and other activities. Eloise was a member of the Oakland Bellevue Club, one of the historic membership clubs in the Bay area. This club was purchased by The Battery located in San Francisco, and now she is a life-time member of the Battery.

Education

Eloise attended University of Phoenix, Walnut Creek, studying Business Management. She also attended Durham Community College, Durham, North Carolina, Stratford Women's College, Tampa, Florida and Northern High School, Durham, North Carolina.

Continuing Education & Affiliations

Eloise believes in lifelong learning and is always attending workshops in Real Estate, Communication and Business Technical Writing, Leadership, Negotiating, Strategies, and more. Eloise is a member of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, where she sings, and facilitates a class for new incoming members. Eloise is also a member of The Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, and an affiliate with Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC).
